The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hospitality by the people there, especially the owner Mr. Kalubhai. And homely nice food. Their handicraft store, which is near the entrance, is also nice. There was a performance by local artistes and a bonfire both nights that we were there, which enhanced our stay.

Staff awesome Saurav Shivangi Karim Babu all are great. Awesome place. Nice view. There is a sunset point. Loved it. You can stay in this property and visit Mandvi beach and White Rann as well. Make it your base.

What a beautiful property! The best of all the Sterling properties I’ve stayed at till date. Big spacious rooms, even bigger balconies. Prompt service. Good buffet spread.

Better for family and kids. Best for youngsters and also for even aged with young heart for trekking as Ratan Villas volunrarily offers Complimentary Trekking. Person guiding trek judges the mind of trekkers and take route keeping this in mind and he his also the guide for photoshoot.

The lodge was amazing, service was excellent and so was the food. Location is about 3.5 hours from Jabalpur by car. Food included Continental choices as well. They were really nice to have made me a birthday cake. Would highly recommend

From the moment we walked into The Oberoi property we were blown away by every detail and experience we encountered. The property is immaculate! We throughly enjoyed the tour of the 30 acre of gorgeous landscaping and learning about how it was a former hunting ground. Our kids enjoyed spotting peacocks, even found a feather for keepsake. We were surprised to see a playground with swings and slides for them to play. The staff were polite, courteous and friendly making us feel very welcomed. We were pleased with front house team, housekeeping team and would like to thank Rohit and Dithai for ensuring we had all we need during our stay. Special mention to the personable and down to earth GM Amit who took the time to have a chat with the kids and making them feel special. Our stay at The Oberoi has been unique and certainly was ‘heart felt’.

Genuine review from a tourist family: Specially for the tourists and also for the business visits, location of the hotel is really convenient. Impressed by the really polite and helpful staff. We had buffet breakfast and dinner, which was amazing by taste and by combination of varieties. Premium Room has completely silent atmosphere. Room service is little bit slow (may be understood for the limited staff due to corona pandemic) Family tourist should go for it.
