Great 2 night and 3 day experience that I had at this place with my family. The tents are pretty good and the whole arrangement is fantastic. You just need to reach Bhuj somehow and the rest of the travel and plans are taken care by the management at this place. You just have to sit and enjoy. Everything from food to movement and entertainment will be taken care of. The only thing for which you may have to pay extra is the adventure activities. Rest all is included in the package. They have pretty nice arrangements to move in and around the tent city. Fantastic place that I would like to visit again.

Booking and Reservation policy:
- The voucher issued in respect of the package for Rann Utsav-The Tent City is to be furnished compulsorily along with a government-approved, valid Photo ID Proof such as Aadhar card of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign nationals, it is mandatory to furnish a valid passport and Visa.
- Pan card will not be accepted as a valid Photo ID.
- Maximum Occupancy Per tent is 3 Persons only. In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person.
- In case of late arrival at Rann Utsav-The Tent City, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
- In case of early arrival at Rann Utsav-The Tent City, guests may be required to wait at the waiting lounge or clubhouse till the availability of the tent.
- Guests should arrive at the boarding point as per timings at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. If they failed to board the bus as per their scheduled departure for sightseeing timing, they have to arrange the transportation on their own. The timings of transfer to and from White Rann and Kala Dungar may vary according to the sunset timing and climatic conditions. The bus will depart at the prescribed timings.
- In case of late/early transfers for check-out, guests will have to inform while check-in the reception counter for the arrangement of the vehicle and it will be on a chargeable basis.
- Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- No pets are allowed inside Rann Utsav-The Tent City.
Cancellation and amendment policy:
- 90% refund if cancelled before 30 days scheduled arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled more than 15 days of scheduled arrival (but less than 30 days)
- No refund if cancelled less than or equal 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Date Change charge shall be Rs. 1500/- per tent (18% GST extra), subject to availability and/or any rate difference.
- Days for cancellation rule will be calculated excluding cancellation request day and Check-in day
- Name Change will be treated as cancellation only.
- Cancellation Requests received after 6 PM will be considered on the next working day.
- Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or refund will be processed.
