• Visa Disclaimer : Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
• Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
• While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport) that you will be carrying for the trip.
• These packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included
• The traveller names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels policy
• Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
• For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to guest separately, no refund will be processed.

3. Tipping/ Gratuities (About 3 USD/Person/Day)
4. Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
5. Pre & Post tour services & cost 
6. Expenditure of a personal nature (Such as uses of Mini – Bar & Refrigerator, laundry service, telephone call, camera fee, tips & Etc. )
7. All drink and beverages 
8. Tourism tax (if applicable)
9. Midnight surcharge
10. Black Out dates Surcharge  

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% cancellation charges, if cancelled within 14 days from the check-in date
• 75% cancellation charges, if cancelled within 15- 29 days from the check-in date
• 15% cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
• Cancellation request date & visit date is excluded in days calculation.
• Any amendment request will be treated as per cancellation policy.
