Arrive at Dubai Welcome to Dubai – famous for the record-breaking Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Palm, its vibrant culture, turbulent history, modern infrastructure, huge aquariums, and indoor ski slopes. Upon arrival at the airport, pick up from the airport and transfer to your hotel. Check in at the hotel (standard time approx. 1400 hrs.) Later visit the Marina Dhow Cruise with dinner. Marina Dhow Cruise offers dazzling amazing views of the Dubai cityscape. Take in the lavish architecture of residences, resorts, and shopping facilities, as you feast on a scrumptious fare of international cuisines served in a sophisticated, traditional ambiance. - Visa Disclaimer : Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
- To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
- Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
- While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport) that you will be carrying for the trip.
- These packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included
- The traveller names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
- Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotels policy
- Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
- For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to guest separately, no refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% cancellation charges, if cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date
- 50% cancellation charges, if cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date
- 25% cancellation charges, if cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date
- 15% cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
- Cancellation request date & visit date is excluded in days calculation.
- Any amendment request will be treated as per cancellation policy.
